We put our hand on a piece of bread this is what we found

In Inquiry W.A.L.A Yest. Used in breadmaking

We looked at some of the different kinds of bread.

We tasted some different breads.

We grew some yeast and worked out what they needed to grow and makes the bread rise.

 
I thought the warm water would work best because the water was 1 cm over the yeast. I was right the warm water worked best.
